About MeChris Maxwell has served over twenty years in pastoral ministry. He writes articles, curriculum, reviews and devotionals for a variety of publications, including Charisma, Today’s Pentecostal Evangel, IssacharFile, Enrichment, LIVE, Christian Retailing, Ministries Today, The Orlando Sentinel and many others. In addition to pastoring, Chris teaches and speaks at colleges, hospitals, ministries and writer’s confereneces, serves on leadership teams of two missions organizations, and coached basketball for many years. Eleven years ago, an unexpected attack of viral encephalitis nearly took Chris’ life. It was the beginning of a long and arduous journey toward recovering the communication and memory skills he’d long enjoyed and suddenly found absent. God’s amazing restorative power is in full evidence on each page of Changing My Mind as it was in his previous book, Beggars Can Be Chosen.
