Bean & Bailey | www.bean&bailey.com
"Bean and Bailey" is made up of twenty-somethings Bradley Bean and Jackson Bailey. This musically-inclined comedy duo offers a unique and refreshing act to the field of entertainment with their so-called "acoustic comedy." A "Bean and Bailey" sho includes original tunes, parodies, and cover songs. The defining element of their act, however, is that all of the music is cleverly interwoven with humorous dialogue and well-rehearsed timing, reminiscent of the Smothers Brothers of a generation ago.
Bradley Bean (a former elementary school teacher) and Jackson Bailey (a former youth minister) began performing together in 1966 while students at Carson-Newman College in Jefferson City, TN. At Carson-Newman, Bean was just beginning to learn guitar and to sing in front of small audiences, while Bailey was landing roles in campus theater productions. Dormitory life, thus, gave the two an opportune setting for laying the foundation of their musical comedy act.
Based out of Knoxville, TN "Bean and Bailey" brings its laughter act to all types of churches, conferences, colleges, and corporate meetings throughout the United States. This comedy duo is being welcomed enthusiastically as a refreshing alternative in the lineup of today's quality, clean entertainment.
